Broken Washing Machine
We called a technician and he said we are putting too much detergent into the machine, which was rubbish.
a few weeks later we noticed our cloths bearing ripped and the cycle would finish, however the cloths are soaking wet, so we contacted Samsung again and they sent a technician once again and within 30 seconds said there is a problem with the drum and would need to go away for repair for around 4 weeks.
We have since managed to obtain a replacement machine.
We are currently in dispute with Samsung in relation to compensation for the damaged cloths and cost of delivery of the washing machine, where Samsung is still "reviewing the case" after 2 months.
We try to call the contact centre, however for some stupid reason cannot put us through to Samsung directly.
