Warped / cracked dryer drum
Samsung Appliances Consumer Complaint
I purchased a Samsung dryer (model #DV350AE) 2 years ago. The dyer now makes a loud thumping sound. Research pointed to a cracked drum, further research on the web revealed that this defect with the drums weld seam is wide spread.
I called Samsung twice and they act as if this is not a product defect and that will not replace the drum. They wanted me to purchase a $300 one year extended warranty. A $900 dryer should last more than 2 years, I did not purchase the warranty and I will not ever purchase another Samsung appliance again. They look nice and modern but are not built to last more...

Multiple issues
Samsung Appliances Support Ticket
Ongoing issues with multiple Samsung appliances. Purchased Sept. 2012.
Range repaired Dec 2013 Oven would not heat, Main circuit board replaced paid $341.14 because it was according to Samsung 3 months out of warranty.
Microwave: Model SMH9207ST/XAA
ongoing SE/5E error code due to steam from stove. Had door sensor replaced because oven would turn on by itself. Jan. 2015 $147.61
SE Code is ongoing, I keep fan running by stove to keep steam away per repairman recommendation. He stating vent only draws steam toward the keypad.

I purchased 4 Samsung appliances for my kitchen Sept. 2012. To date I have had the range repaired, Dec 2013. I called Samsung and was told my warranty had expired.($341.14)The main circuit board was replaced.
My microwave oven displayed SE/5E which is apparently caused by the steam from the stove rising up and affection the sensors. Once again I called Samsung who did acknowledge it was a know issue and they were repairing for certain models but not my model. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer in November 2011. I loved this dryer for 3 years,until it started making noise like tennis balls were in the dryer. After trying several different things, my husband and I looked inside the dryer to see if something was lose. THERE IS AN 1 1/2 INCH CRACK IN THE DRUM!! The crack is not visible from inside the dryer and can only be seen if the top is removed. Lemon Dishwasher
Samsung Appliances Consumer Complaint
Purchased dishwasher, model DW80F600UTS/AA November, 2013.
Broke down twice during warranty and again one week after expiration of warranty.
Contacted Samsung for replacement, which was denied. Instead, offered 90% of dishwasher value.
Internet research reveals multiple complaints concerning this model dishwasher. Samsung Customer Service is intractable regarding a solution fair and satisfactory to me.
Their attitude in this matter prohibits my ever buying another Samsung product or recommending their company to friends and family.

Broken Washing Machine

We purchased a brand new washing machine, and after 3 months noticed there was water leaking out of the machine.
We called a technician and he said we are putting too much detergent into the machine, which was rubbish.
a few weeks later we noticed our cloths bearing ripped and the cycle would finish, however the cloths are soaking wet, so we contacted Samsung again and they sent a technician once again and within 30 seconds said there is a problem with the drum and would need to go away for repair for around 4 weeks.
We have since managed to obtain a replacement machine.

I recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer last November. After one month, the washing machine started having problems, and Lowe's immediately replaced it. Now, not even a year later, my dryer stopped working. After contacting Samsung on August 8, 2014, I was told it would take a week before someone could be sent out to repair it.
